Imiquimod Cream Should Be Used With Caution In Patients With Pre-Existing Autoimmune Conditions. The Efficacy And Safety Of Imiquimod Cream Have Not Been Established For Patients With Basal Cell Nevus Syndrome Or Xeroderma Pigmentosum.
